Converter.determine_T(l)

Current version calculates the transformation matrix T to convert the inputs from spherical harmonics to the cubic basis (as used in TRIQS and Wien2k). This routine is currently very similar to spherical_to_cubic in the TRIQS library. This routine can be extended to include other unitary rotation matrices
