High-level interface to the NRGLjubljana impurity solver.

Defines the Solver convenience subclass over the compiled SolverCore, accepting the construction, solve, and low-level NRG parameters as keyword arguments and importing triqs.utility.mpi so that MPI is initialized before the solver runs.
