Get the names of the cubic harmonics.

Parameters:: l (integer or string) – Angular momentum of shell being treated. Also takes ‘t2g’ and ‘eg’ as arguments.
Returns:: cubic_names – Names of the orbitals.
Return type:: tuple of strings
