triqs.lattice.tight_binding

Tight-binding Hamiltonians on Bravais lattices.

Provides the higher-level Python wrapper TBLattice that bundles a BravaisLattice, BrillouinZone and TightBinding from triqs.lattice.lattice_tools together.

Also exposes the density-of-states helpers dos() (over a regular k-grid) and dos_patch() (over a triangular Brillouin-zone patch), which wrap the underlying C++ routines and return triqs.dos.DOS objects.

Functions

dos(tight_binding, n_kpts, n_eps, name)	Compute the density of states of a tight-binding Hamiltonian on a regular k-grid.
dos_patch(tight_binding, triangles, n_eps, ...)	Compute the density of states of a tight-binding Hamiltonian on a triangular Brillouin-zone patch.
